Franchise Marketing Manager's primary responsibility is to grow the franchise network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchise partners, while also fostering long-term relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Franchisee Acquisition:
- Identify and source potential franchisees.
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit new franchise candidates.
- Manage the entire franchisee recruitment process, from lead generation to contract completion.
- Present business plans to potential franchisees and negotiate franchise agreements.
- Understand and respond to potential franchisee inquiries.
- Interview and assess franchise applicants.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets for franchise recruitment.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Generate revenue from the respective regions.
- Handle sales targets and cash flows.
- Franchisee Support and Relationship Management:
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.
- Assist franchisees with planning, setup, and launch of their franchise units.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and franchisees.




- Foster positive relationships with franchisees.
- Regularly communicate with franchisees and align messages with brand goals.
- Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics.
- Compliance and Brand Standards:
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update franchise agreements.
- Team Management (if applicable):
- Lead and motivate franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvement plans.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam District, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- Franchise Acquisition: 5 years (Required)

Language:

- English (Required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (Required)

Location:

Willingness to travel:
