Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who brings an active client base and a solid track record in IT staffing or services. The ideal candidate should be capable of onboarding their existing clients, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate business

- Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams

- Drive new requirements and ensure timely fulfillment

- Identify and grow business opportunities within active accounts

- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams for seamless execution

Requirements:

- Must have active client(s) ready to engage

- Proven experience in IT staffing/services business development

- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills

- Ability to generate revenue from day one
