Job Summary:
The Bar Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in the bar and lounge area by taking orders, serving drinks and snacks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience. The role requires positive communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the bartender or kitchen.
- Serve drinks and snacks promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and the bar area at all times.
- Check identification to ensure guests meet the legal age requirements for alcoholic beverages.
- Assist guests in choosing beverages by offering detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Process bills accurately and handle cash or card payments efficiently.
- Set up and clear tables or bar counters before and after service.
- Refill garnishes, napkins, straws, and other bar supplies as required.
- Coordinate with the bartender and bar team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints or feedback politely and promptly, escalating to the supervisor when needed.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies as per hotel standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
