MISSION

Defines the system requirements with Masters support and supports the System Engineer in the elaboration of technical solutions for technical products.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

- Analyze all the customer requirements and international STD related to the product, with architecture definition goal.
- Define the system requirements for related electronic products according to customer requirements or the engineering strategy of Ficosa assuring Safety and Reliability specs compliance.
- Support the System Engineer in System Requirements traceability with System Architecture.
- Support other departments involved in the project for the traceability with lower level requirements of the V cycle: Hardware, Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Optical, Image Quality.
- Coordinated by System Engineer, provides all SPICE relevant evidences for milestone fulfillment.
- Support System Engineer according with Ficosa Development System (FDS) methodology on System Reviews with all the different technical areas.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
- Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining,



promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background:

Bachelor’s degree, mainly in electronics or telecommunications

Languages:

Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken and written)

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a similar position

Travel:

Willing to travel

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Additional training:

R&D; Tools: Knowledge in requirements database (DOORs), rectify repository, UML knowledge, functional Safety (ISO26262) & Reliability, patent knowledge, deep technology knowledge would be of additional value

Additional language:

Other languages would be desirable according to the project
