Job Opening – Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Location: Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai
Reports to: Head – Sales
Function: Marketing / Digital
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Role Overview:
We are seeking a energetic digital marketing professional to lead performance marketing initiatives and support overall digital strategy. The role is hands‑on, focused on paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media, with accountability for ROI and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Monitor campaign metrics to maximize ROI
- Manage SEO, SEM & social media marketing to boost visibility
- Collaborate with creative/content teams for engaging digital assets
- Track industry trends & competitor activities
- Prepare reports & dashboards for management
- Support email marketing, influencer collaborations & website optimization

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Photoshop, WordPress
- Strong grasp of SEO, SEM & social media algorithms
- Excellent communication, multitasking & time management

Target Profile:

- Age: up to 28 years
- Graduate (Marketing, Mass Communication, Design preferred)




- 3–4 years’ experience in a real estate firm or digital marketing agency

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
