2. Identify learner requirements and guide them toward suitable programs and career pathways.
3. Build solid relationships with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
4. Present program benefits, career outcomes, fee structures, and onboarding details clearly and engagingly.
5. Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential candidates and manage the sales funnel efficiently.
6. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and academics to improve conversion performance and student experience.

2. Manage lead nurturing, follow-ups, and CRM tracking processes.

1. Independently manage lead conversions and enrollment targets.
2. Become eligible for performance-based incentive structures.
3. Participate in growth evaluations and role advancement discussions.
