Job Position : Civil Site Engineer

Experience : 1 to 5 years

Location : Nagpur

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute RCC structural works (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting), masonry, plaster, waterproofing, and finishing activities as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and construction details; highlight discrepancies and coordinate clarifications with seniors/consultants.
- Plan and allocate daily work to contractors and labour gangs across multiple activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to the construction programme.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship through regular checks for concrete, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, and finishing, ensuring compliance with IS codes and standard practices.
- Prepare and update daily progress reports, labour deployment reports, and material consumption records; support planning and billing teams with accurate site data.
- Coordinate with client/PMC representatives, consultants, and internal teams during inspections, joint measurements, and quality/safety audits, ensuring timely closure of site observations.
- Enforce basic safety practices on site, ensure use of PPE, and support the safety officer in implementing method statements and safe work procedures for high-rise activities.

Essential requirements

- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 1-5 years of site execution experience on residential building projects (preferably G+15 or higher)

This is a site-based role in Nagpur, , you will be required to work from the construction site full-time as per project timings and demands. Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
