1. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and growth plans for the assigned territory.

2. Plan and execute daily sales routes, prepare beat plan.

3. Manage customers properly and take care of repeated orders.

4. Team Handling or Management.

5. Ensure proper display, merchandising, and availability of products.

6. Monitor and report competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

7. Share feedback on market conditions, customer demands, and brand performance and acceptance.

8. Conduct regular check with his team to check their efficiency.

9. Ensure collection efficiency, route discipline and cooperation amongst team members.
