Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, traveling, building business relationships, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will represent the Anandi brand in the market, develop new business opportunities, maintain distributor and retailer relationships, and help increase product availability across Odisha.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard recent distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
* Visit existing customers regularly to maintain solid business relationships.
* Generate current sales opportunities and expand market coverage.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
* Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
* Coordinate with distributors regarding orders, inventory, and payments.
* Submit regular sales reports and travel updates.
* Represent the Anandi brand professionally in all customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.




* Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
* Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Organized and capable of planning sales routes and customer visits.
* Basic smartphone and WhatsApp proficiency for reporting and communication.
Language Requirements
Must be able to communicate effectively in:
* English
* Hindi
* Odia
Preferred
* Previous experience in FMCG, food products, grocery, retail, distributor sales, or field sales.
* Existing network of retailers, wholesalers, or distributors in Odisha.
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
