Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to manage Leave of Absence (LOA) operations and ensure smooth HR service delivery. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, employee data management, and HRMS tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) processes and employee data operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR service delivery as per defined SLA and KPI metrics.
- Handle employee queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support teams for smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational enhancements.
- Prepare reports, track process performance, and maintain data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and quality standards.
- Support staffing, governance, and operational activities within the process.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Support business continuity and process documentation activities.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in HRMS tools such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of LOA and HR operations processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good team handling and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
