Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and qualified networks.

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on identifying and hiring top talent.

- Strong understanding of technical skills and technologies, including software development, data analysis, and IT infrastructure.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and social media management tools.
