Overview:
Lead the SRE team to ensure reliable, scalable, and costefficient production systems across cloud environments by applying DevOps and SRE best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production operations, incident management, and reliability engineering
- Drive monitoring, alerting, SLA adherence, and incident prevention
- Implement automation for process, cost, and performance optimization
- Own release cadence, DR testing, vulnerability management, and capacity planning
- Support production golives, escalations, and BAU activities
- Define SRPs, improve documentation, and lead KT for team members
- Collaborate with engineering and service delivery teams on backlog, sprints, and problem resolution
- Participate in hiring, mentoring, game days, and chaos engineering initiatives
