Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Head to lead our sales team, generate business, and drive revenue growth for residential and commercial projects. Candidate must have valuable experience in Zirakpur and Mohali real estate market with strong client handling and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Generate quality leads and convert them into sales
- Build strong relationships with investors, clients, and channel partners
- Train and motivate the sales team for better performance
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records




- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions

Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in real estate sales
- Good experience in Zirakpur and Mohali market
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing ability
- Team handling experience preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate

Qualification
- Graduate / MBA preferred
