We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and highly active individual (Male/Female) to handle a dual role of Phlebotomy and Front-Desk Operations. You will be the face of our laboratory.

We are not looking for a passive desk-sitter. We want a sharp, communicative professional who will ensure flawless blood collections, provide an excellent customer experience, handle patient inquiries confidently, and actively help grow the laboratory’s walk-ins and home collection business through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities & Business Improvement

1. Blood Collection & Pre-Analytical Accuracy

- Perform precise, safe, and painless blood collections (venipuncture) at the center and for scheduled home visits.

2. Front-Desk Excellence & Client Conversion

- Warmly welcome patients, understand their test prescriptions, and register them accurately in the software.

3. Patient Relationship Management

- Follow up with patients over phone/WhatsApp to share reports, collect feedback, and remind them of routine wellness tests or follow-ups.
- Handle cash/digital payments responsibly and close daily accounts with zero discrepancies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: DMLT, BMLT, CMLT, or a certified Phlebotomy course from a recognized institute with 1-2 yrs of experience

Salary & Lucrative Incentive Structure
- Fixed Base Salary: Competitive monthly fix based on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹8,290.65 - ₹16,000.00 per month
