Bastar Dairy Farm Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly capable Production Head to lead our dairy manufacturing plant operations in Jagdalpur (Bastar, C.G.). The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in the dairy industry, taking full ownership of production planning, milk/curd standardization, quality control, value-added product manufacturing, manpower utilization, and statutory food safety compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Execution: Formulate and drive production schedules in coordination with senior management and staff to seamlessly match market demand.
- Product Manufacturing & Supervision: Oversee the end-to-end processing, formulation, and packing of core dairy and value-added products, including Shrikhand, Lassi, Amarkhand, Chaas, Rabdi, Makhan, Peda, Khoya, and Paneer.
- Standardization & Quality Assurance: Take ultimate responsibility for the standardization of milk and curd batches. Ensure strict quality control from raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) up to final finished products.
- Machinery & Utility Oversight: Monitor, operate, and maintain critical dairy equipment including Pasteurizers (PHE), Chillers, Homogenizers, Paneer Vats, Paneer Presses, and Steam Jacketed equipment.
- Plant Hygiene & CIP (Clean-In-Place):



Enforce strict daily and weekly CIP protocols for storage tanks and production lines. Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) across the entire production floor.
- Compliance & Audits: Manage all regulatory affairs and actively lead inspections conducted by statutory bodies such as FSSAI, IBR, PCB, and others.
- Manpower & Resource Management: Optimize manpower allocation, handle production staff scheduling, and conduct routine operational alignments with the MD, HR, and maintenance teams.

Required Candidate Profile Experience & Core Expertise:

- 5+ years of mandatory experience heading or supervising production lines in a recognized Dairy Processing Plant.
- Deep technical knowledge of dairy processing tech, milk chemistry, and automated dairy machinery operations.
- Expert handling of dairy utilities, technical maintenance coordination, and clean-in-place (CIP) practices.

Soft Skills & Operational Traits:

- Exceptional leadership and team-handling capabilities to manage on-ground plant workers.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-departmental coordination (Management, HR, Maintenance).
- Comfortable working in a plant-based setting in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh.
