Role Description This full-time, on-site MEP Technician / Supervisor role is based in Tenkasi. The role involves supervising and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation, operation, and maintenance activities for building and industrial projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating site work, checking drawings and specifications, allocating tasks to technicians, and monitoring daily progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met. The MEP Technician / Supervisor will conduct inspections, troubleshoot system issues, support testing and commissioning, and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and logs. The role also requires regular coordination with contractors, suppliers,



and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure timelines and budgets are maintained.

Qualifications

- Robust technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supervising site activities, leading technician teams, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for building services.
- Familiarity with safety standards, quality control procedures, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Prior experience in MEP roles in construction, facilities management, or industrial projects; supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and use of relevant engineering or maintenance software.
