Senior Officer Legal

About the Role

Anmol Feeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Senior Officer Legal to manage corporate legal matters, recovery coordination, compliance, and legal documentation related to business operations. The ideal candidate should have prior corporate legal experience in manufacturing, real estate, or financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
- Handle recovery-related legal matters and coordinate for timely recovery follow-ups with defaulting parties/customers.
- Support the Accounts and Recovery teams in legal recovery cases, notices, and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Handle legal documentation related to property, commercial transactions, and operational matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Support management in legal risk assessment and dispute resolution matters.
- Monitor ongoing legal cases and maintain proper legal records/documentation.
- Provide legal guidance to various departments on contractual and compliance-related matters.




- Assist in handling notices, litigations, arbitration matters, and recovery/legal follow-ups.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of licenses, registrations, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare legal MIS reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Travel as required for legal coordination, recovery matters, court visits, or stakeholder meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Robust experience of corporate legal documentation, recovery matters, and compliance.
- Experience in handling legal matters in manufacturing, real estate, or financial institutions. Corporate experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of contracts, commercial laws, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.

Preferred Industry Experience
- Manufacturing / Real Estate / Financial Institution / Corporate Sector preferred.
