Inviting applications for the role of Tech-AVP, DevOps PO/Tech Lead – Agentic AI In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically building and scaling our QA practices, automation tooling, and infrastructure. You will lead the development of robust QA processes, drive automation and tooling initiatives, and guide the growth of the QA team, including DevOps governance.



Your strong communication and presentation skills will ensure visibility and alignment of quality improvements across the organization

Responsibilities

- Provide technical direction for DevOps initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices in automation, deployment, and system reliability.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and repeatable releases.
- Manage and provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Establish and maintain observability frameworks, including logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve deployment efficiency.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar role.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrated experience in managing production systems and handling incident resolution

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools and pipeline design.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
- Good understanding of system architecture, networking, and security best practices.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams.
