Job Title: IT Executive / Desktop Support – MIS & IT Operations

Location: Kolkata - Salt Lake - Sector 5

Experience: Minimum 2yrs

Salary Package: ₹5 – ₹5.6 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate in Computer Applications, IT, Commerce, or related field

Job Summary

- Manage IT MIS reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics activities.
- Maintain accurate IT operational data, reports, and asset-related information.
- Support IT operations through reporting, data analysis, and operational coordination.
- Ensure timely generation of dashboards, reports, and management insights.
- Assist in maintaining a centralized and accurate source of IT operational data.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated operational reports.
- Analyze IT operational trends, SLA metrics, ticketing data, and asset utilization reports.
- Maintain centralized records for IT infrastructure, assets, incidents, and operational activities.
- Generate management dashboards, reports, and presentations for review meetings.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports and operational data.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams for data collection and reporting requirements.
- Track SLA performance, incident trends, operational KPIs, and support metrics.
- Support audit, compliance, and reporting activities.
- Assist management with operational insights and reporting analysis.
- Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.
- Provide learning support through hands-on operational exposure and coordination.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and dashboard creation skills.
- Ability to convert raw operational data into meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Good understanding of IT operational metrics, SLA tracking, and reporting governance.
- Ability to work with large datasets and operational reports.
- Basic understanding of IT operations, IT assets, and support processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MIS reporting, IT operations reporting, or data management.
- Experience in creating management dashboards and operational analytics reports.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, IT asset reports, SLA tracking, and operational metrics.
- Understanding of data accuracy, reporting governance, and centralized data management.
- Basic knowledge of automation, Excel Macros, SQL, or scripting will be an added advantage.
