Experience: 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall HR operations and manpower planning
- Strategic recruitment and workforce management
- Monitor and improve employee productivity and performance
- Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and discipline management
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Performance management and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with management on organizational requirements
- Monitor attendance, compliance, and HR documentation
- Team handling and guidance to HR department
- Ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and HR administration

Requirements:
- 6–10 years of relevant HR experience
- Solid experience in Real Estate / Civil Construction industry preferred
- Strong exposure in recruitment and employee productivity management
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making ability
- Immediate joiners preferred
