Job Summary

Plus UAE Group is building a Kochi-based operations and revenue support team to manage and support its Abu Dhabi office remotely. We are looking for a capable HR & Operations Head who can create company policies, implement systems, execute daily operations, analyse performance, manage team productivity, and coordinate UAE office activities from Kochi.

This role is suitable for a strong operations-minded person who can build a team, manage people, control daily reporting, support sales and revenue generation, and ensure smooth coordination between the Kochi team and UAE office.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Team Building

- Create and manage recruitment plans for the Kochi team.
- Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring.
- Prepare employee onboarding process.
- Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, and daily reports.
- Create HR policies, work discipline policies, and reporting rules.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Support management in salary, incentive, warning, and appraisal decisions.
- Build a disciplined, target-oriented Kochi team.

Operations Management
- Manage daily operations of the Kochi office.
- Coordinate with the UAE office for work updates and pending tasks.
- Track daily activities of sales, lead generation, client support, documentation, accounts, and portal team.
- Ensure every department submits daily work reports.
- Create SOPs for each activity.
- Monitor task completion and pending work.
- Ensure proper handover between Kochi and UAE teams.
- Identify operational delays and report to management.
- Follow up until work is completed.





Policy Creation & Implementation The candidate should be able to create, implement, and monitor company policies such as:
- Attendance policy
- Daily reporting policy
- Work-from-office / work-from-home policy
- Employee discipline policy
- Sales follow-up policy
- Client response policy
- Data entry and CRM policy
- Lead management policy
- Confidentiality policy
- AI tool usage policy
- Performance review policy
- Escalation policy
- Client communication policy

Remote UAE Office Handling
- Coordinate with Abu Dhabi office remotely.
- Track UAE client requirements.
- Follow up on pending documents, submissions, approvals, and payments.
- Manage communication between Kochi team and UAE operations.
- Support PRO, documentation, compliance, ADNOC, CICPA / National Guard, and business setup service coordination.
- Ensure UAE office tasks are properly tracked and updated.
- Escalate urgent matters to management.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal team.

Sales & Revenue Support
- Support lead generation and sales team performance.
- Monitor daily sales calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-ups.
- Ensure new enquiries are responded to within 15–20 minutes during working hours.
- Track proposals, payment follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Analyse which lead sources and services are producing revenue.
- Coordinate with the team to improve conversion.
- Support management in building monthly sales targets and team incentives.

Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse employee productivity.




- Analyse sales pipeline and revenue progress.
- Analyse pending work and reasons for delay.
- Identify weak areas in team performance.
- Suggest improvements to management.
- Maintain dashboards for leads, sales, clients, portal onboarding, documentation, and accounts follow-up.

Required Skills
- Strong HR and operations management skills.
- Excellent English communication.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
- Ability to create and implement policies.
- Good reporting and analysis skills.
- Team handling experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Ability to manage remote coordination with UAE office.
- Basic sales and revenue understanding.
- Ability to use AI tools for faster execution.

Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in HR, operations, administration, office management, team coordination, or sales operations.
- Experience in managing remote teams or back-office operations preferred.
- Experience in BPO, recruitment, business services, PRO services, consulting, or UAE-related operations will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in creating SOPs, policies, and performance reports are preferred.
