Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes at our Head Office in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance management, compliance, and organizational development while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent across departments.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and management.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and workplace culture activities.
Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
- Support department heads in setting KPIs, reviews, and succession planning.
- Monitor employee productivity and implement performance improvement initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Maintain HR records,
employee documentation, and MIS reports.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR audits.
Training & Organizational Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate leadership and employee development programs.
- Implement HR best practices to improve organizational effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate payroll inputs, compensation reviews, and employee benefits administration.
- Support salary benchmarking and reward management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant HR experience, including team handling and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
