Hiring – Hotel Manager

Location: Hingna, Nagpur

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel/property operations and staff management
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Manage guest relations and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and overall property standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams
- Handle staff scheduling, supervision, and operational reporting
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
- Experience in hotel/property management will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Candidate Profile
- Active and energetic personality
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work
- Comfortable working in an interior location
- Willing to relocate, stay on-site, or commute to Hingna location
