About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our in-house team.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about visual storytelling, image manipulation, and modern creative workflows. You will contribute to high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, branding, social media, and marketing assets.

Required Software Skills:

- Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating high-quality visual assets for digital fashion branding and garments marketing materials
- Perform image manipulation and retouching using Adobe Photoshop, including Liquify tools
- Apply color correction, lighting, and shadow enhancements to improve visual quality
- Maintain proper perspective, composition, and overall design aesthetics
- Explore and experiment with modern creative workflows and AI-based design tools
- Collaborate with team members on creative projects while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with current design trends, fashion aesthetics and emerging technologies
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and creative processes in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Qualifications:

- Fresher candidates with strong creative potential are encouraged to apply

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelors degree in Design / Visual Arts or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Gemini, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, MNML, Magnific, etc.
- Knowledge of Photoshop Generative AI
- 3D software knowledge such as Maya, KeyShot, CLO 3D
- Video editing & motion graphics skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
