Graphic Designer, Video Editor and Creator

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift Timing: UK Hours 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to create visually engaging and brand-consistent designs for:

- Radiant Minds Education
- Rise N Shine Nursery
- Rushey Green Nursery

The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, branding knowledge, and the ability to create high-quality marketing, social media creatives, and engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and advertisements.
- Create and edit promotional videos, reels, short-form content, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
- Design graphics for social media campaigns, events, promotions, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams for creative execution.
- Edit and optimize images, videos,



and visual assets.
- Create reel covers, presentations, promotional creatives, and video thumbnails.
- Stay updated with modern design trends, video styles, and creative concepts.

Required Skills

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, and video content.

- Expert knowledge of

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Canva
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as:

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- After Effects

- CapCut or similar software
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with education sector preferred but not mandatory.
- Understanding of digital, social media, and video content trends.
- Ability to work independently and take creative ownership.
