1. Job Title

Full Stack Developer – Django, React.js, AI & Java Spring Boot

2. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Django, React.js, AI-related development, and Java Spring Boot.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The selected candidate will work on ongoing projects as well as current projects and should be capable of handling assigned work independently while also collaborating with the team.

Work from home is not available for this position.

3. Key Responsibilities

- Work on ongoing projects as well as new software development projects.
- Develop, maintain, and improve applications using Django, React.js, and Java Spring Boot.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into functional, high-quality solutions.
- Work independently on assigned modules or projects when required.
- Collaborate with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Follow proper coding standards and maintain clean, structured, and reusable code.
- Support integration of AI-related features where required.
- Participate in project discussions, requirement analysis, and technical planning.

4. Required Skills

- Strong experience in Django and Python-based backend development.
- Good knowledge of React.js for frontend development.
- Working knowledge of Java Spring Boot.
- Basic to good understanding of AI-related development and AI tools/integration.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend/frontend integration.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to understand existing code and work on ongoing projects.




- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

5. Required Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack development.
- Practical experience in working on real-time web applications.
- Experience in handling project modules independently will be preferred.
- Experience with AI-based features, automation, or integrations will be an added advantage.

6. Education Qualification Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

- MCA
- M.Sc. IT
- BE Computer
- Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification

7. Work Location and Work Mode Location : Jamnagar, Gujarat

Job Type : Full-time

Work Mode : Office-based only

Work From Home : Not available The candidate must be willing to work from the Jamnagar office.

8. Salary Package

CTC : Up to ₹12 LPA, based on skills, experience, and interview performance.

9. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated full stack developer who can take ownership of assigned work and deliver quality output within deadlines. The candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend development and should have the ability to understand project requirements clearly.

We are looking for someone who can work independently when required, coordinate with the team, and contribute to ongoing as well as new development projects.
