- Deliver a premium consultation experience
- Build long-term customer relationships

? Compensation Structure:

Training Phase

- First 15 days: In-office unpaid training

Internship Phase

- First 3 Months: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 stipend (performance-based)
- Next 3 Months: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 stipend + incentives
