Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)

Job Summary:

A leading financial services organization is urgently looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Drive sales of financial products and services through consultative selling
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions aligned with their financial goals
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and closures
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling value-added services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing
- Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and business interactions




- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and prepare regular reports

Required Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, or wealth management solutions preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Strong time management and multitasking ability

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Prior experience in relationship management, financial sales, banking, wealth management, or similar client-facing roles preferred

Pay: ₹19,934.91 - ₹40,000.00 per month
