POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer to join our team in Kolkata for our Heat Transfer Label Division. The candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and preparing logo artworks and print-ready designs for heat transfer label production. The role requires strong knowledge of graphic design, colour separation, typography, and production-friendly artwork preparation suitable for printing machinery.

The ideal candidate should understand both creative branding and technical print execution, ensuring that all artworks are aesthetically appealing, production-accurate, and compatible with heat transfer printing processes.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop logos, artworks, and graphics for heat transfer labels for shoe industry (insoles), handbag industry and garment industry.
- Prepare print-ready files compatible with heat transfer printing machines and production requirements.
- Modify existing customer artworks as per technical printing limitations and production standards.
- Work on colour separation, vector artwork creation, layering, and artwork adjustments for accurate printing output.




- Coordinate with the production team to ensure artwork feasibility and print quality.
- Ensure correct sizing, alignment, colour accuracy, and resolution for all designs before production.
- Interpret and recreate logos, artworks, and designs received in image, PDF, or reference formats into machine-compatible, print-ready artwork for production.
- Handle multiple design projects while maintaining deadlines and production schedules.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, printing techniques, and branding styles relevant to garment accessories and labels.

What We Expect From You Educational & Functional Qualifications

1. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a creative agency or corporate design role. 2.Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, branding work, and technical proficiency.

2. Expertise in CorelDraw & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of additional tools is a plus. 4.Solid understanding of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

3. High attention to detail with strong aesthetic sensibility.
4. Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
6. Robust organizational and time management skills.

Languages English, Bengali and Hindi.
