This is a remote internship role for an Ecommerce Operations Executive. The role involves overseeing daily ecommerce operations, managing customer queries, supporting online sales processes, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The candidate will also assist in enhancing user experience on ecommerce platforms and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in ecommerce operations and customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate data to drive decision-making
Proficiency in Customer Service and a customer-first approach to managing queries
Excellent Communication skills, including clear and professional written and verbal interactions
Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, operations, and principles
Basic understanding of Sales to support and enhance online sales activities
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage Role Requirements:
Strong Excel skills
Good English communication (written & verbal)
Minimum 6 months of experience in E-commerce Key Responsibilities:
