Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive to manage incoming patient enquiries, lead follow-ups, and consultation coordination across multiple digital platforms.

This role is primarily focused on pre-sales communication, ensuring that every enquiry is attended to professionally, followed up consistently, and guided smoothly toward consultation booking and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website forms, email, and calls
- Respond to leads promptly and maintain professional communication
- Follow up with interested leads and consultation prospects
- Coordinate consultation scheduling with the internal team
- Maintain accurate lead records and communication history in CRM/Odoo
- Track lead stages and ensure no enquiry is missed
- Assist in improving enquiry handling workflows and response systems
- Coordinate with marketing and consultation teams for lead management




- Provide basic information regarding consultation process, treatment approach, and next steps

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi
- Strong follow-up discipline and coordination ability
- Comfortable handling multiple conversations simultaneously
- Good computer proficiency (Google Workspace, MS Office, WhatsApp Web, CRM software, etc.)
- Qualified and empathetic communication style

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in CRM, telesales, counselling, lead management, customer support, or healthcare coordination
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems such as Odoo is preferred
- Familiarity with social media enquiry handling is an advantage

Job Details

- Position: Full-Time
- Location: SVayurved, Hadapsar, Pune - 411028
- Shift: 11AM to 8PM
- Salary: Based on experience and capability
- Local candidates will be preferred

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
