Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X . This position oversees ADI's onsite travel operations team in Bangalore, ensuring consistent service delivery, policy compliance, and cost efficiency across all corporate travel activity in India.
Responsibilities • Coordinate regularly with the American Express GBT team leader to address service issues and escalations • Serve as the primary ADI liaison to the onsite American Express GBT travel team, overseeing day-to-day service deliver and performance • Oversee the full scope of travel services including air, hotel, ground transportation, visa processing, forex, and phone/travel card coordination • Work with the team to ensure timely, accurate,
and cost-effective travel support to employees • Monitor vendor performance and work with suppliers to deliver accountable to service and cost standards • Maintain travel data integrity and oversee cost reporting • Drive compliance with ADI travel policy across both the team and the traveler population • Identify process improvements and implement best practices across travel operations in coordination with the Senior Director, Global Travel Qualifications 5+ years of experience in corporate travel, including team leadership or supervisory responsibility Strong knowledge of travel and immigration processes Proficient in Excel, with comfort working with travel data and reporting Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Self-directed with robust organizational and problem-solving skills Collaborative and able to work effectively across functions and with external vendors For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
