Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant solutions.

- Perform follow-ups on leads and previous contacts.

- Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

- Schedule meetings/demos for the presales or technical team.

- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate customer and prospect information.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

- Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.

- Proven inside sales or tele-calling experience (preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with CRM tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigators, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc. (preferred).

- International regions work experience (must)
