DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology)

B.Sc. MLT (Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology)

Both are accepted.

Responsibility

Blood Bank Technician (DMLT / B.Sc. MLT) Perform ABO & Rh typing, antibody screening, cross matching. Carry out component preparation (PRBC, FFP, Platelets, Cryoprecipitate). Operate and maintain equipment (centrifuge, refrigerator, platelet agitator, deep freezer, etc.).

Ensure cold chain maintenance and temperature logging. Conduct donor screening tests (hemoglobin, BP, medical history). Collect and label blood samples accurately. Follow SOPs as per Drugs & Cosmetics Act, NACO & NABH guidelines.

Maintain records and registers (donor register, cross match register, issue register).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
