We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to join a central AI Centre of Excellence team and help build an AI-first engineering organization.

This role is ideal for professionals who can translate AI-first vision into production-ready integrations, internal tools, AI utilities, and agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit existing SDLC workflows including planning, development, code review, testing, and deployment to identify AI integration opportunities.

Design and develop internal tools, scripts, and LLM-powered integrations using Python.

Build and deploy autonomous and multi-agent AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.

Integrate AI and agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.

Manage LLMOps and AgentOps practices including prompt versioning, output monitoring, cost tracking, model updates, and observability.

Design and implement AI evaluations, guardrails, hallucination checks, and quality standards for AI-generated outputs.

Use AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor as part of daily engineering practices.





Conduct lightweight enablement sessions to help engineering teams adopt AI-first workflows.

Required Skills:

Robust hands-on experience in Python development.

Good understanding of SDLC and practical experience applying AI across the development lifecycle.

Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.

Practical prompt engineering experience including structured outputs and prompt versioning.

Exposure to agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

Familiarity with LLMOps, AgentOps, AI evaluations, and guardrail design.

DevOps awareness including CI/CD, Docker, GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and enterprise Git workflows.

Hands-on usage of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants.

Good to Have:

Experience building internal AI-powered developer tools.

Exposure to AI observability platforms such as LangSmith, AgentOps, Arize, Helicone, or Braintrust.

Prior experience in AI CoE, platform engineering, or internal developer tooling.

Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, or Azure Document Intelligence.
