Job description

A motivated fresher who will possess foundational knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, distribution planning. The end to end supply chain operations are to be ensured smoothly and actively participating in timely movement of the pharmaceutical products by maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibility

A. Procurement & Vendor Management:

? Raise purchase orders (PO) for raw materials (RM), lab equipment, and F&D;/sample materials
? Vendor identification, registration, negotiation & onboarding as per company policy.
? Relationship management & update vendor database (address, materials, payment terms)
? Analyze & manage rejected material returns

B. Financial & System Operations: ? Update payment schedules for RM, F&D;, QC vendors, and transporters ? Record purchase bills in Tally ? Maintain & update rate files ? Calculate final landing cost for RM, F&D;, & QC equipment

C. Inventory & Supply Chain Planning:



? Maintain ROL tracker & inventory entries ? Prepare procurement plans based on MRP from factory ? Track daily closing stock (Factory & Central hub) ? Monitor stock aging (IP & BOP products) ? Identify slow/non-moving inventory (90+ days) ? Track stock-out days & projection Vs sales deviations ? Analyze MOQ Vs EOQ gaps

D. Budgeting & Cost Control: ? Assist in annual budget planning based on targets ? Prepare monthly budget compliance reports (RM, PM, BOP) ? Perform cost reduction analysis for high-value materials ? Conduct RM rate comparison & maintain trackers E. Reporting & Analysis: ? Maintain stock aging and inventory performance reports ? Monitor procurement efficiency and cost savings ? Generate operational trackers and MIS reports

Qualifications

MBA LOGISTICS/SUPPLY CHAIN/OPERATIONS (B.Pharm graduation preferred)
