Role & responsibilities

- Develop retail and dealer network across West Bengal, particularly South Bengal
- Increase off-season sales through market development initiatives
- Coordinate and guide existing sales team of 3 people
- Conduct regular market visits to retailers, haats and wholesalers
- Study competitor products, pricing, packaging and display methods
- Develop point-of-sale branding activities like shop boards, wall paintings, retailer displays, packaging improvements etc.
- Coordinate with factory regarding product variants, packaging and market feedback

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with experience in plastic household products, non-durable consumer goods or rural distribution business in West Bengal. Candidate should be practical, hardworking, field-oriented and familiar with South Bengal markets.
