Job Summary

The Breathing Room (TBR) is looking for a passionate and skilled Aerial Yoga Teacher to join our wellness community. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about mindful movement, fitness, and helping students improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being through aerial yoga.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct safe and engaging Aerial Yoga classes for beginners and intermediate students
- Guide students on proper posture, alignment, breathing, and hammock techniques
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of aerial yoga equipment during sessions
- Modify poses and practices according to different fitness levels and individual needs
- Create a welcoming, motivating, and positive class environment
- Assist in maintaining studio discipline and cleanliness of yoga equipment

Requirements

- Certification in Aerial Yoga (preferred)
- Previous teaching experience in aerial yoga, yoga, fitness,



dance, or movement-based training preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and mindful movement
- Ability to confidently lead group classes

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of anatomy, flexibility, mobility, and breathwork
- Experience working with different age groups and fitness levels
- Positive, professional, and community-oriented attitude

Schedule

- Flexible working hours
- Morning / Evening batches (based on class schedule)
