Trade finance Executive (Fresher)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive (Fresher) to support documentation, client follow-ups, and compliance-related activities. The role involves coordinating with clients to close pending EDPMS and IDPMS cases and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients on overdue EDPMS & IDPMS pendency

Assist and guide clients for closure of EDPMS / IDPMS cases

Maintain proper records and documentation

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution

Handle email communication and basic reporting

Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email drafting

Valuable follow-up and coordination skills

Willingness to learn banking/compliance processes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
