We're looking for Sr. Testing Engineers (India)

Qualifications

Prepare test estimates, testing schedules, and execution plans to support project delivery timelines
Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude while contributing effectively as a team member in a dynamic work setting
Develop test strategies and test plans with a strong focus on manual testing within Re-Insurance and insurance domain applications
Ensure adherence to defined QA processes, testing standards, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle
Plan, execute, and manage testing activities while identifying, tracking, and reporting defects in coordination with stakeholders and support teams
Generate and maintain test results, defect reports, test logs, and testing evidence using Azure DevOps
Apply domain knowledge in Medical, Life, and Motor Insurance to validate business workflows and application functionality
Utilize Azure DevOps testing tools for test management, defect tracking, and reporting activities




Design and execute test cases for customer data sharing, consent management, and third-party integrations such as UAE PASS
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application quality and system stability
Collaborate with development, business, and support teams to resolve issues within defined timelines
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and support automation testing activities where applicable
