Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAD/CAM Programmer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tool room operations and extensive experience in operating large CNC machines. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standard of excellence and driving our company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement complex CNC programs using SolidCAM.
Optimize machining strategies to enhance efficiency and precision.
Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless production processes.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of CNC programs to ensure quality and accuracy.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior programmers and machinists.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Must Have:





Relevant technical degree or certification is preferred.
Proven experience as a CAM Programmer in a tool room environment, with a focus on large CNC machines.
Experience in Multi-axis programming is a plus.
Proficiency in SolidCAM is mandatory.
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
