Job Responsibilities

Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Mumbai Suburban (Kandivali, Borivali, Dahisar, or Mira Road) will be preferred.
Prepare the invoices and payment follow ups.
Fluent and Confident to converse in English and Hindi.
Valuable Communication
Good Academics
Hands on exp in Tally/Excel/ERP
Send service renewal reminders to the clients before 2 months prior and for renewal
Do follow ups & Co-ordinate for the marketing team clients with the details provided by them.
Maintain and co-ordinate the billing tasks (i.e. Office rent, mobile bill, credit card payment, handling the personal ICICI bank related online transactions, electricity bill, office rent and other personal expenses in the accounting records, in tally )
Maintain and keep the track of internet usage bill for the office purpose.




Complete the tasks for the outgoing banking and courier activities as and when required.
Payments to the vendors and update on tally.
To take and maintain the TDS follow up for the last year.
Manage and maintain the petty cash and update the record for the same in your books.
Regular payment follow ups with the clients so as to manage the proper and timely funds
for the company.
Energetic enough to accept current challenges related to the accounting tasks other than the tasks mentioned above.
Handle the entire billing activities efficiently.
TDS calculation
Return filing & generation of certificate
Service tax - monthly payment & half yearly filing
Company's Income tax filing - yearly
Receival of TDS certificate from clients - yearly
