Job Title: Store & Billing Executive

Location: Rajpura

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store & Billing Executive for our Rajpura location. The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, inventory control, and billing activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations including inward and outward material entries
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Handle billing processes and ensure timely invoicing
- Work on Tally ERP for billing, data entry, and stock updates
- Perform daily operations using SB Software (billing, entries, reporting, etc.)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Coordinate with accounts and production teams
- Assist in stock verification and audits

Required Skills:





- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory
- Experience working on SB Software on a daily basis
- Positive understanding of inventory and store management
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes
- Good communication and organizational skills

Qualification:

- Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in Store, Billing, or Inventory Management

Other Requirements:

- Candidate should be based in or near Rajpura
- Must be detail-oriented and reliable

Salary:
