Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive based in Payyanur, Kerala. The role involves managing receptionist duties, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and providing exceptional customer service. The Front Office Executive will greet and assist guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage inquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records,
coordinating with other departments, and addressing any immediate customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and proficiency in Communication to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing bookings and operational processes
- Excellent Customer Service and Front Office management skills to deliver high-quality guest experiences
- Professional demeanor, organization skills, and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with front office systems and tools
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management would be advantageous
