About Navpath Academy

Navpath Academy is a leading maritime training institute specializing in IMU-CET Entrance Coaching, Sponsorship Examination Preparation, and Maritime Interview Training. We are looking for a professional, experienced, and trustworthy driver to serve as the personal driver to our Director.

Important Requirement

Applicants must be currently residing in Kottayam or nearby areas and should be familiar with Kottayam, Kochi, Trivandrum, and major routes across Kerala.

Responsibilities

- Safely transport the Director for business meetings, academy operations, airport transfers, official events, and personal travel.
- Drive and maintain multiple vehicles, including:
- Tata Electric Vehicle (EV)
- Mercedes-Benz
- Audi SUV
- Other vehicles as assigned
- Keep all vehicles clean, well-maintained, charged/fueled, and ready for daily use.
- Plan routes efficiently and ensure timely arrivals.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Be available for occasional early morning, late evening, weekend, and outstation trips.

Requirements
- Valid Indian Driving License with an excellent driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.




- Prior experience driving luxury vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, or similar premium cars is preferred.
- Experience handling electric vehicles is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Kerala roads and highways.
- Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
- Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- No history of major traffic violations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personal and business matters.

Preferred Candidate
- Resident of Kottayam or nearby locations.
- Previous experience as a personal driver for executives, business owners, or senior professionals.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Willing to undergo a driving skill assessment and background verification.
