Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Support Coordinator role based in the Pune Division.

The Customer Support

Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, service requests, and follow-ups via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Responsibilities include logging and tracking support tickets, coordinating with technical and service teams, scheduling service visits, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The role involves monitoring customer satisfaction, documenting recurring issues, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders for process improvements.





The Customer Support

Coordinator will also maintain accurate records, prepare basic reports, support sales and service teams with customer data, and uphold service standards aligned with SILASERS’ quality and responsiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, issues, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through timely follow-up, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate effectively with customers, service engineers, and internal teams.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret ticket trends, prioritize cases, and support process improvements based on customer feedback.
- Proficiency with CRM or ticketing tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and basic reporting.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing or industrial environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Diploma or any degree in any discipline; background in engineering, industrial, or technical fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer support, coordination, or service administration, preferably in capital equipment or manufacturing, is preferred.
