Job Description

inKstall Educare is looking for a sincere, passionate, and energetic Chemistry Teacher to join our Goregaon academic team. This role is best suited for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of teaching experience who have strong Chemistry fundamentals and a genuine interest in teaching school students.

The teacher will primarily handle Chemistry, but should also be comfortable supporting students with basic concepts in Physics and Mathematics whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry to school students across boards such as ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE, and IB, as per requirement.
- Explain Chemistry concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Cover important areas such as atoms, molecules, chemical bonding, acids and bases, periodic table, organic chemistry, quantitative chemistry, reactions, metals, electrolysis, and practical-based concepts.
- Help students build strong fundamentals through examples, written practice, worksheets, and regular revision.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, tests, assignments, and revision material.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide individual support to students.
- Check homework, assignments, classwork, and test papers regularly.
- Track student progress and share updates with the academic team.
- Help students prepare for school exams, board exams, unit tests, and concept-based assessments.
- Maintain an engaging, disciplined, and positive classroom environment.




- Support students in related Science and Mathematics fundamentals when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with maximum 2 years of teaching experience may apply.
- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry is essential.
- Basic understanding of Physics and Mathematics will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.
- Must be patient, responsible, punctual, and student-focused.
- Should be comfortable teaching school students from different boards.
- Must be available to work from our Goregaon centre.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
- Strong command over Chemistry fundamentals and numerical-based topics.
- Good board-writing and classroom presentation skills.
- Ability to make Chemistry interesting through examples and real-life applications.
- Willingness to learn inKstall’s teaching methods, academic systems, and student progress tracking process.
- Positive attitude and commitment towards student improvement.
