Job Title:Sales Executive – Solar Lead Generation Location: Ballari and any where in Karnataka state Industry: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy Employment Type:Full time Experience:1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply) About the Role We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to generate qualified leads for rooftop solar installations under the Government of India’s Ministry of New and Renewable Energy PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and commercial/industrial solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, customer education, lead generation, and coordinating with potential residential and commercial clients for solar installation opportunities. The PM Surya Ghar scheme provides subsidies for rooftop solar systems and aims to promote solar adoption across India. Key Responsibilities 1. Generate qualified residential solar leads under PM Surya Ghar Yojana 2. Identify commercial and industrial clients interested in solar installations 3. Conduct door-to-door marketing and field visits 4. Explain solar benefits, subsidy details, ROI, and electricity savings to customers 5. Collect customer documents and electricity bill details 6. Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports 7. Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets 8.



Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and local awareness drives

Requirements 1. Good communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, and basic English/Hindi 2. Experience in sales, field marketing, telecom, banking, insurance, or solar industry preferred 3. Ability to travel locally in Ballari and nearby areas 4. Basic understanding of electricity bills and rooftop solar is an advantage 5. Smartphone and two-wheeler preferred 6. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude Preferred Candidate Profile 1. Karnataka state local. 2. Strong convincing and negotiation skills 3.
