Job Title: HR Generalist

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Anand plant. The role requires strong execution capabilities across HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance, with a solid understanding of manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit
- Maintain HRIS, employee records, and documentation
- Drive smooth onboarding and induction programs
- Process improvement initiatives

2. Talent Acquisition Support

- Coordinate with hiring managers for open roles
- Manage interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and joining formalities
- Support bulk and lateral hiring for plant roles

3. L&D; and Employee Engagement

- Drive L&D; Initiatives for Anand Operations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and plant-level activities
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution

4. Performance Management





- Support performance appraisal cycles
- Track KPIs and assist managers in goal-setting processes
- Support Talent Development Initiatives

5. HR Analytics & Reporting

- Generate HR reports (attrition, headcount, absenteeism, etc.)
- Provide actionable insights to plant leadership

Key Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 4–5 years of experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in manufacturing / plant setup
- Hands-on experience with HR operations
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor-driven environment

- Ability to balance operational and strategic HR work
