We are hiring a Nodal Officer with 3–4 years of experience in the NBFC industry to handle customer escalations, grievance redressal, and regulatory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer complaints and escalations within TAT.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
Maintain MIS and complaint records.
Handle regulatory and ombudsman-related queries.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
3–4 years of experience in NBFC/Banking.
Valuable knowledge of RBI regulations and grievance handling.
Solid communication and MS Excel skills.
Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
